Hourly Rate and Fee Schedule Breakdown

Cleaning Services:
- Standard Cleaning Rate: $30 per hour
- Supplies: Client must provide all cleaning supplies and equipment. Supplies must be easily accessible.
- Inclusions:
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning bathrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors)
- Kitchen cleaning (counters, stovetops, exterior of appliances)

- Exclusions:
- Deep cleaning tasks (e.g., inside appliances, windows)
- Laundry services
- Organizing or decluttering

Deep Cleaning Services:
- Deep Cleaning Rate: $50 per hour
- Supplies: All cleaning supplies and materials will be provided by the service.

- Inclusions:
- Detailed cleaning of all surfaces
- Baseboards, window sills, and blinds
- Inside of appliances (e.g., ovens, refrigerators)
- Extensive bathroom and kitchen cleaning
- Exclusions:
- Organizing services or decluttering
- Outdoor cleaning (e.g., patios, garages)

Organizing Services:
- Organizing Rate: $40 per hour
- Supplies: Client is responsible for providing all organizing materials (e.g., bins, shelves).

- Inclusions:
- Decluttering and sorting items
- Space planning and layout suggestions
- Labeling and categorizing items
- Exclusions:
- Cleaning services
- Purchasing organizing materials (unless pre-arranged)
Additional Fees associated with Hourly Rates:
- Travel Fee: $0.50 per kilometer beyond the designated service area (over 20 km from the base
location)
- Cancellation Fee: $50 for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.

 - Discounts are available based on the frequency of your chosen services. The longer the commitment, the greater the savings.
