Non-Payment Policy and Deposit Requirement
At Orderly Living by Kate-Lyn, we are committed to providing high-quality cleaning and organizing services. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for both our clients and our team, we have established the following policies regarding payment and deposits.

 

Non-Payment Policy: - As a service-based business, we dedicate significant time, resources, and effort to each appointment. Therefore, all clients are required to meet their payment obligations for services rendered. - If you have any concerns regarding the quality of the work performed, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to addressing any issues constructively and finding a suitable resolution. However, we will not accept requests for non-payment based on subjective assessments of service quality after the work has been completed. 

 

Deposit Requirement: - A 50% deposit will be required to secure your booking for Package services. For hourly services a deposit willl be required after hour first initial meeting. This deposit serves as a commitment from both parties and allows us to manage our schedule effectively. - The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. This policy helps us ensure that our time and resources are respected. 

 

Full Payment: - Full payment for services rendered is due within 24 hours following the completion of the service. We accept various payment methods for your convenience, and detailed invoices will be provided to facilitate this process. 

 

In the Event of Non-Payment: - In the unlikely event that payment is not received within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to implement the following actions: - A reminder will be sent to you regarding the outstanding balance. - If payment is still not received after the reminder, we may charge a late fee or pursue further action, including engaging a collections agency, to recover the owed amount. - Please note that any additional costs incurred during the collection process will also be your responsibility. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies, which are designed to protect both our clients and our business.
